Generally current carrying capacity of Al. is 0.8A per
sqmm and Copper is 1.6A per Sqmm.

Suppose we need bus bar for 630A, and we are going with
Aluminium bus bar

= 80*10*.8=640A
where 80*10 is size if bus bar usually available is the
market.
so we can use 80x10sqmm al. busbar per phase for 630A.

for TPN- (3.5)x80x10


If we are going with Copper bus bar
than we will use = 40x10sqmm per phase

= 40x10x1.6=640A
where 40*10 is size if bus bar usually available is the
market.
so we can use 40x10sqmm copper busbar per phase for 630A.

for TPN- (3.5)x40x10

Depending on the maximum load current the busbar size will
be determined. Usually for copper it is taken as 2 to 4 Amps
per square mm and for alluminium it is taken as 1 to 2 Amps
per sqmm.
The normal availability and design of the busbars is
25*5mm,50*5mm,50*10mm,60*10mm.

wiedth x thickness x1.6 A

And also u can use this information :
A/mm2
100A = 2.5mm2
100-500 A=1.75mm2
500-1000A=1.2mm2
1000-above=1.1mm2

phase colour is indicated by R Y B (red yellow blue) but in transformer i have seen U V W instead of (R Y B) have any meaning of this
