In bw 3.5 u cannot partition a cube with loaded data, in BI
7 u can do a partition without deleting the data, that is a
new feature in BI 7 repartitioning.

In bw 3.5 u cannot partition a cube with loaded data, in BI

but in bw if u want
first u need to be empty the cube.
u need to create one more cube (copy of same cube) and by
using data mart data will upload to the new one. after the
partion of orginal cube u must export data to the new cube
to original cube.

No ,we can't do partition on a cube with data...
The data in the cube A has to copy to other cube B.Then we
have to do partition on cube A..The queries on cube A has
to copy to cube B..By using a T-code RSZC..It improves the
performance by partition..
