The current Process for which i am working is moving out of
our organization so any way they move us to some other
process where i need to start from scrap at that time i got
this opportunity so i am looking for a change

working with is on the verge of going back so before they
couls put me in a different process where in i'll hav to
start all over again as new joinee i preffred joining a
different and better organisation.

In my current company i am doing well, dont have any
problems with anything But i need to update my knowledge as
soon as possible because updated technology is needed for
face the new challenges and for better career growth. if i
am not. i feel in security in my knowledge and in my
current company also. so here i have tried to update my
skills but i could not because here the oppurtunites are
limited so that i am looking...

with my current employer i have advance with the current
available resources, i have honed mu skills and gained new
ones hence i believe i am more marketable and looking for a

Why are you looking change, think through and you will
converge into 2 points.
1. profession growth
2. Financial growth
Profession growth having many key elements like.
1. you want to explore other technical/management area
apart from your current assignment.
2. want to shift ladder
3. new challenge and acquiring new skill.
No body work without reason, So money is also important.
Financial growth is hidden aprt in interview that will come
at negotiation time and you have to proof your self for
worth.
