capacitor is load free component but why ampare meter shows the current when the capacitor bank br..

Whether inductive or capacitive the load is,the ammeter
that is connected in the circuit will continue to deflect
its needle.Means the ammeter measures apparent current in
the circuit.It doesnt matter to the ammeter whether the
current leads or lags the voltage.

capacitor is load free component but why ampare meter shows the current when the capacitor bank br..

capacitor is not an inductive component and hence load free
but shows current because it draws leading current.

Answer / sujeet kumar

as no component is ideal due to lekage resistance of
capacitor ampare meter shows the current

capacitor is load free component but why ampare meter shows the current when the capacitor bank br..

as we know that capacitor stors the charge
acc to relation
Q=I*T
or I=Q/T
hence the current will flows
