first called 'c with classes' the ++ in c++ indicates the
increment operator in c meaning cpp is an advanced language

4)what are data structures?
In the field of computer science, a data structure is a way
of storing data in a computer so that it can be used
efficiently. Often a carefully chosen data structure will
allow the most efficient algorithm to be used. The choice of
the data structure often begins from the choice of an
abstract data structure. A well-designed data structure
allows a variety of critical operations to be performed,
using as few resources, both execution time and memory
space, as possible. Data structures are implemented using
the data types, references and operations on them provided
by a programming language.
Different kinds of data structures are suited to different
kinds of applications, and some are highly specialized to
certain tasks. For example, B-trees are particularly
well-suited for implementation of databases, while routing
tables rely on networks of machines to function.

A search engine is an information retrieval system designed
to help find information stored on a computer system, such
as on the World Wide Web, inside a corporate or proprietary
network, or in a personal computer. The search engine allows
one to ask for content meeting specific criteria (typically
those containing a given word or phrase) and retrieves a
list of items that match those criteria. This list is often
sorted with respect to some measure of relevance of the
results. Search engines use regularly updated indexes to
operate quickly and efficiently.
e.g Google
Yahoo search
