all of these are the method of settlement of any i.dispute.
beacause without investigate u never reach any settlement,
so investigation is also one of the method.

Yes. The answer by Ramanuj is correct(Infact he is an
expert on Labour laws). The Industrial Dispute Act is an
act to make provision for "INVESTIGATION and settlement of
industrial disputes and for certain other purposes" and any
method whatsoever of settleing an industrial dispute is
bound to involve investigation into the matter at some
level before arriving at a decision (interim or final)

where as concilliation and arbi is the method as pioneer of
IR Mr Punekar suggested pg 118

I agree with both Ramanuj and Abhilash as they
expressed "Settling of any Industrial Dispute within an
organisation requires detailed investigation of the
concerned matter seeking deliberate answers of who, why,
when and ultimately approaching to the point of
conciliation which is followed by final resolution along
with arbitration (if any)in the process". So the answer is
absolutely correct.

dispute, then comes conciliation & then Arbitration. This
is as per Arbitration & conciliation Act 1996.
