MY QUATION IS ABT THE MAIN POWER TRANSFORMER IN STEEL PLANT , I WISH TO KNOW THAT WHY TRANSFORMER PROTECTION NOT TRIP AS CABLES ON THE SECONDAY SIDE IS WATER COOLED.
