5) Beaker testing if any

The following test are to be carried out for HT panels..

1) Functional test(In this test we can check control
wiring,power circuit wiring,Breaker Testing & loop test)
2) Relay Testing (all types of relays and power meters)
3) Meggering and hypertest.
4) polarity Test.
5) Primary Injection Testing.
6) Secondary injection Testing.
7) Breaker contactor resistance and timing.
8) MV Drop Test
9) Knee voltage Test depends upon CT.
10)Relay coil resistance & Pickup voltage and
Dropup voltage it depends upon ur relay.
11)IR value for surge Arrestor.

4. Check the meggar values of Bus bars and HT cable
5. Check the millivolt drop test of bus bar
6. Check the status of breaker

and PT of bus bar
8. Set the time for fault current objection in relay
9. Knee voltage Test depends upon CT
10. Check DC supply permanent are temporary.
11. Physical inspection for satisfaction

It is a three inch fan and i want it to rotate to other direction .I've tried cutting the wire and reconnecting them inverse like black to white and white to black ,but it won't start rotating when i plug it in that way.And then it works again when i rejoin the wire to the way it is. In power generator sets, when they are coverted from 50hz to 60hz, the kva rating after conversion increases. For example, the manufacturer of a perkins 200kva @ 50Hz generator set has mentioned it to become 220kva after converstion to 60hz. What is the relation between the frequency & the KVA rating. Any formula please.

I have raw material for making Compact-Choke for flourscent lamp of 40 Watts. We are suppose to get 0.4 amps output at end. but we are getting 0.42 or 0.44 amps and above. We have done many testings in different but nothing worked out. Please suggest me how to get the correct output. We are using 1. core winding of 700 windings of aluminium 2. E-shape iron fillings and I-shape iron fillings to surround the winding.
