Every document has their own Number ranges , number ranges is basically use for unique identification.
Internal numbers: System generates the number (within the range you’ve specified) next to the immediate previous allotted number.

External numbers: This is where the person creating the SAP Document is required to enter his choice of number. This will be as per the alpha-numeric pattern he has already declared while creating the number range.

For Customer Master . Create No Range XDN1
IF you check EXT then it is determined as External no determination.
If we did not check external option then system will assigns a number internally from the specified
number range. otherwise for External the end user has to assign the number. Define Account Group:OBD2. Assign Number range to Customer Account Groups:OBAR Create Partner Function SPRO-> IMG-> Sales and Distribution->Basic Function->Partner detemination->Set-Up parner Determination. Create Customer Master: XD01/VD01(SD)/FD01(FI)

Hi I have created new enterprise structure I am receiving an error message during t-code: MB1C The exact error message is as follows: "Control Indicators for Controlling area 3333 does not exist for fiscal year 2009" pls help me how to resolve this issue.
