usually it is not good practice to delete user. remove all roles of user and deactivate password lock user and move to inactive user group.

Technically we can do it with SU01. But it is not best practice to delete a user instead do the below steps to terminate the user:
1. Change the user to Reference user
2. Change the validity date to yesterday or past
3. Remove all the roles
4. Deactivate the pswd
5. Lock the user
