Answer / inst
DP switch have two ports that is high and low..Example : Our s.p is 50 psi...Forfor this we have to apply pressure to high port at the same time lp port should be open to atmosphere..When pressure reached 50 psi switch contact will be changed..

Answer / rahul
For DP switch calibration first apply zero pressure to low side and gradually increase high side pressure upto dp range. (0 to high) then increase low side pressure upto pressure previously applied on high side ( high to 0). then again increase high side pressure upto dp range (0 to high). then increse low side pressure upto equilizing with high side pressure ( high to 0) . this process will go more than 5 scale to have more accuracy upto maximum operating line pressure.
