In theory, if there is no significant power loss, it's possible for both the motor and the generator to operate as they would in independent systems. However, in practice, due to efficiency losses and other factors, a system like this may not work optimally.

I have a small system with two motors that are running on 380 vac, 60 hz. These motors are expensive and I usally get them from Brazil.
