VCB & ACB are required for protection of electrical equipment/system.
VCB protects for over load, Earth Fault, Short Circuit,for HT Supply
whereas ACB are used for overload, earth fault & Short circuit for LT Supply

in 1-phase 230v,how in 3-phase 440v. in each phase in between 230v.
