Hi,

For the ablove scenario you can create 2 company codes and
assign same chart of accounts to both the company codes.
1COA to Many company code

than ask...........jaffa generally companey is use to
external reporting purpose and companey code legal entity we
can Draw p&l and B&L WISE.....so now what do u want ?
