Distribution: Certain individual cost are collected at a
default cost center for ease of entry, Thereafter at the
end of the period, it will be allocated to the actual cost
center using original cost element.

Assessment:The total expenses of service cost centeres are
allocated on a reasonable basis. For example, all expenses
of canteen cost center are allocated to all departments
bases on the number of employees. The secondary cost
element used for allocation.

- Receiver cost centers are debited with a primary cost element

- Information on senders and receivers contained in the document

- List of origins not maintained in the CO document

Assessment:

element (assessment cost element)

- Receiver cost centers are debited with the same assessment cost
element

- List of origins is not maintained in the cost accounting document.
The original cost element is lost during the allocation procedure.

-> Cost Elements: Used to distribute both Primary and Secondary cost.
→ The distribution will be done with Assessment Cost Element.
→ After Distribution the Sender and Receiver Cost centers will lose the Identify of Source are Primary Cost Elements.

-> Cost Elements: Used to distribute only Primary cost.
→ Distribution based on Primary cost elements.
→ Cost will be Tracked with Primary Cost Elements.

Where do we include the dunning charges / where do we show the dunning charges in the system ?Please let me know how to treat charges /tax/insurance ??

Hi all, we are exporting data from SAP to excel file depending on company code , fiscal year , date range from tables bkpf and bseg for gl balance, bsid and bsad for customer , bsik and bsak for vendor it works fine. But i want to exclude the clearing doc entries from selection.As i added condition to exclude data with document type not 'AB' it won't work. Please suggest the way to exclude clearing doc. entries from SAP.

Hi, If we have 10 company cocodes, in which we created 9 operative chart of accounts for 9 company codes and for last company code we created contry chart of accounts and we assign all company codes to one group company... can we get the reports for 10 company codes ?
