go to mm01 and copy the three plants single material
automatically extend the material

Go to MM01 and give the material to be extended and in Copy from Tab give the material.
After entering you will get the screen , give the material to be exteneded to plant and other details in Oganisational level and in copy from tab give the material and existing organisation details.
Like this you can extend it to other plans also .

However, New Delhi is the Head office and Lab too. Hence we will issue four bills addressed to Panac Labs, New Delhi. Outstanding and debtors will be maintained on A/c of Panac Labs, Head office. We also want to maintain sub- ledger base on sites
