In SAP,Role means authorization.You can create role using
t.code PFCG.Whenever new employee joined in the
organization,We need to create user name(user) and password to
him using SU01 and we will assign role to user.As mentioned in
the beginning,role means authorizations.If a time
administrator joined your organization,you will
permit(authorize) him(user) to use all time mgt related
transaction codes.
