Generator is coupled with with the diesel Operated Engine which on ignition produces the rotating of generator rotor and as per the Faraday law as the magnetic lines of flux get cut at definite time an emf induces in it.

we have 3*1 MW generator one NGR is common for all it will be selected during paralle our problem is two generator ca be paralled but when slecting third one we need to close NGR selection on third one other wise voltage not matching why?
