ni we can not maintain two pricing procedure for same order
type.because pricing procedure will be determine by sales
area and customer pricing procedure and document pricing
procedure.so we can maintain different pricing procedure for
different document type,not for the same document type

In vanilla standard process the same is not possible. How ever if it is a business requirement the same can be done by using sales order user exits. Midfy VBAK-KALSM based on the system time.

yes we can maintain pricing procedures. det 2 pricing
procedures with deff sales areas and creat rotine with
help of ABAPER'S AND CREAT PRICING RECORD and maintain
validity( day time) for one pricing procedure, night time
period for another pricing procedure or we can maintain the
same pricing procedure for both time periods
