In such cases the requirement, the gap between standard SAP and business demand, the functional approach (algorithm), user exits, test scenarios to be executed, impact of such change etc are to be properly documented. Such document belonging to one customization is called as functional specification document.

i have run the tcode v.21 to get the billing log run report.but its not updating on one particuler date i.e 5 aug.so any one cn pls confirm me where i cn check y report has not get update on that date.
