Column-160kg/m3
Beams -110 kg/m3
and 20% Encrease is account Lap, Band, weastage ect.

Slab=80 to 90kg m3 for Rcc
Beam=120 to 140kg m3
Column =160 to 180 kg m3
15% increase in lapping, developing length or L brand & wastage etc
