1.GO TO BD52 AND ACTIVATE CHANGE POINTER FOR THE PARTICULAR MESSAGE TYPE WHICH YOU ARE USING.
2.THEN GO TO BD21 AND GIVE THE MESSAGE TYPE AND RUN THE REPORT THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY GENERATE AN IDOC WHICH CONTAINS THE CHANGES.
