as electricity is caused by electrical field and we all know that in light travel with a speed of 3x10^8. in the direction perpendicular to electric and magnetic field.
so speed of electricity is 3x10^8.

While starting a high capacity motor, it takes 6 times the full load current. Why it doesn't trip relay or CB's in that network?
