Turbo is functioning in two ways:
1#. Sucking & Releaseing hot fumes & smoke in open
atmosphere, which are coming from engine's combustion
chamber.
2#. Sucking the air from filter and supply it to combustion
chamber for fuel & air mixing.

In India,we use 230V,50HZ,where as many other countries use 110V,60HZ what r d advantages and disadvantages of each of them?

There are 2 Flip_Flop with logic between them. Given Clock to Q delay, logic prop. delay, set up and hold times specify maximum clock frequency of system.
