Sand in 1Cubic mtr =1.25 For All Ratio
Cement in 1 Cubic mtr For
1.3 = .21
1.4 = .31

1. Thikness Of Plaster For 1st Coat is Roush Coat 12mm
*Propotion of C:M For 1st Coat With Ratio 1:6 , 1:5,

2. Thikness Of Plaster For 2nd Coat is Fine Coat 6 to 8mm
*Propotion Of C:M For 2nd Coat With Ratio 1:4 , 1:3

Area Is 100sft / 3.28^2 =

9.295 * 0.008=
Area * Thikness

Volume * Ratio

Consider,plastering ( Cement and sand)thickness = 10mm

100 Sqft = 9.29 Sqm
-------------------------------------------------------
Wet Mortar volume= 9.29 X 0.01Cum =0.0929 Cum
Dry Mortar volume = 0.0929 X 1.15 =0.106835 Cum

Cement = 1/4 X 0.106835 X 1400 Kg =37.392 Kgs
(Volume of cement is ignored )

Hence for 100 Sqft area,and 10mm thick plastering the
cement quantity required = 37.40 Kgs ( Without wastage)

100 sq.ft = 9.29 sq.m

cement required for 10 sq.m = 3/(1+4)=.6*1440/50 = 17.28bag,

100sq.ft cement required = 1.728*9.29 = 16.05 bags
