In PHASE SEGREGATED Distribution Boards Outgoings are three compartments.so phase are difference and Neutral and earth are looping.In outgoings are going to loads all are separated.suppose neutral and earth wires are short the mcb was tripped.so checking is the main problem.

my UPS is 600VA with 0.6 p.f and i use it for my computer which has 450W power supply unit, a monitor of 633nW and speakers. Can any one explain this.. because the output of UPS should be 360W (<450W)

last week we did the REF relay test by closing single pole (R phase) of CB and apply 380V at the primary of delta transformer. we get 33A at the primary of the R phase star end. but we get 380A at both R an B in delta side. how and why?
