Hello Dear first check the Calibration Range of Transmitter,
Range should be -xxx(495) to 0 mmwc. for 0 mmwc 20 mA will
be come.when you fill the water in condensate pot 4mA wii
be come because it's closed vessels

Dear haider
your transmitter calibration is perfect before charging the tramsmitter you have to fill the water in the condensing pot at low side of the tranmitter

boiler is shutdown condition please confirm DRUM VENT ISOLATION VALVES ARE OPEN

IF DRUM VENT ISOLATION VALVES ARE CLOSE YOU WILL NOT GET CORRECT READING

U have to apply WET LEg method for Differental Pressure
type level mesurmetnt.Keep ur wet leg(Lo side of tx always
filled with condensed water.
Put the range in tx.-19.5 inches of WC to 0 inches of WC.
see the result but make sure that ur wet leg should always
filled with water.otherwise ur tx l go to saturation and
give u contunous 20 mamp that is level is full.

in my plant 100% feedwater control v/v is air to close but due to instrument air fail,the valve opens but instead of drum level high its get tripped in low low drum level.the urv of level tx is 0 and lrv is -800.pls tell me the reason. for such behaviour.
