Ticketing tools are not a stadnard,it depends on the
company.Web Clarify and Sopport central those are also few
of the ticketing tools.

As per my knowledge Solution manager is not a Ticketing
tool,its a SAP service provider to store all the
implementation and Business process Documents.

Correct me if Iam worng.
