As far as I can understand the question its given that how to check the free item automatically. Not going to line item and check the free item checkbox.

I am not sure but I think in conditions if we go and check the item as free goods then the line item will select the check box for free item automatically.

Hi, if the invoice receipt check box under invoice tab, them free items check box will be selected automatically.
