moment type is a 3 digit numeric key which states about the goods moments.
it also helps in value & quantity update of the material.

There are stock transfer types
1. unrestricted 2.quality 3.blocked
Blocked-->Quality=349 and reverse is 350
Quality-->Unrestricted=321 and reverse is 322
Blocked-->Unrestricted=343 and reverse is 344
