how to check diode wheather it is working or not by using multimeter?..

Answer / waqas ali

Two methods:
1. Using multimeter which should have a built in provision
for checking of diode.
2. Connect +ve terminal of a 12VDC power supply to Annode
of diode and -ve terminal to the cathode. Check with
multimeter the voltage drop across diode. If it is ~0.7V,
then it's OK otherwise it's faulty.
