normally in case of suspension type insulators ,each
insulator is designed for particular rating like 11 kv ..so
for 33kv transmission we need 3 such insulators.

This calculation is not applicable for higher voltages,ie
can we use 37 insulatore for a 400 kv line ?

My ups output shows 230 v between phase and neutral,but show zero between phase and earth.Is the system/installation is correct.If not what will be the possible reasons
