No, we can not connect equipment earthing with body earthing because in case of earth fault , current will also run in the body via equipment earthing system and will damage other equipments which are installed over the Transformer.

How is efficiency of DG set calculated? At many places I found the efficiency to be mentioned in percentage. But at some other places I found kWH/ litres. I want to know how dimensionless percentage value is arrived at?
