1st of all we have to open the control valve 50% and then
the feed back link of positioner will came at 180 degree to
control vale and now we will adjust the screw

think positioner is nothing but a control valve.installation of positioner is done by closing the valve,then it has flange which helps to b screwed with pipes.

what r all the type of viberation measurement measuring in turbin? what's the output of viberation sensor?

In 16' pipeline one pcv is installed which is controlled by PT installed at inlet of PCV.If Flowrate in pipeline increases what will happen to pressure at the inlet of pcv.
