From compound Pka value M.P pH is within Plus or Minus 2 units. Based on polarity we have to choose columns.

according to my knowledge i think we can calculate the ph with
the help of henderson heselbach equation. and as far as column
is concerned we can add acidic and basic modifiers such as TEA
AND TFA IN THE MOBILE PHASE TO GET A REQUIRED PH VALUE.
