1. It first logs on to the database as user OPS$<operating_system_user>
2.It retrieves the password for SAP<SAPSCHEMAID> or SAPR3 from the SAPUSER table.
3.It then logs on to the database as the user SAP<SAPSCHEMAID> or SAPR3

Hi,
The path to connect to SAPDB is as follows:
Drive letter C or D:Usr/sap/sid/sys/exe/run> and type SAPDB
and it will directly route to SAPDB from where one can make
changes to DB or can run bkp or restore can create tables
etc.
