By givan load you can calculate the current & as per
standrd table you can chose the size of the cable.

first calculate the full load current of ur given load
and then the continous and non continuos load it has to
carry and the length from the feeder to the load
with the length and amperage calculate the voltage drop
with this u can come to final amperage of the cable then u
can choose the respective cable from any manufactures guide
