which size of box use of cement,sand,aggregate to use the m
20 concrete. i know the quantity of material cement 400 kg
or 8 beg ,662 kg sand and 1200 kg aggregate. i can use only
1 beg cement so pls give me answer . thx in advance

if you know the mix proportion, half of ur problem is solved.
now calculate the weight of sand per bag of cement.i.e 82 kg.
now calculate the volume of box for sand= mass/density.
tak bulk density of sand approx-1400kg/cum.
now ur free to deside the dimension once u got the volume. u can mak it two boxes for easy handling.

it is very simple . you calculate 8 bags
Calculated 1 bag cement ane their respectve sand and
aggregate. after that you calculate volume of box. suppose
you choose sand. per bag it come 82 kg. prepare a box
normally we take 200x300x300. calculate weight of sand by
adding sand in to it. Then you no how many box you have to
pour on mixture.

make 35 liter volume capacity box.for
m20 i.e. 1:2:4 take one box cement i.e.
nearly equal to 50kg @ 2 box of sand @
4 box aggregate.
