What is volumatric air change of a HOT GAS GENERATOR of a
STEAM BOILER ?
Answer / Mahima Singh
The volumetric air flow rate in a hot gas generator (HGG) of a steam boiler can be calculated by the following formula: Q_air = (V_boiler * rpm * SCFM)/3600, where V_boiler is the volume of the boiler, rpm is the revolutions per minute of the blower fan, and SCFM is the standard cubic feet per minute air flow rate.
