the length of the convergent is always kept lower compared
to divergent.the diameter of the throat should be 1/3 or
3/4 of pipe diameter and divergent length shd be 0.7*d
d-->dia of throat
the length of the convergent should be less than 0.7*d with
subtended angle of around 20 deg
