Human Desire can't be fineshed, its nature. Different
people different answer but my answer is: I am learning new
skills which is related to my work. I wanted to utilize my
ability with the help of my particular skills. When i have
seen your requirement i was very much imperesed not beacuse
of that opening the description has been matching with my
updated profile. I realize that i can grow and apply my
skills of your compay apart from wonderful growth. Thats
the only reason i am looking for the change.

comfortable salary .but coparing to this organisation my
current organisation is very small and also my future
career growth is very limited .

Having got 3+ yrs of experience looking for a better
opportunity. where my skills are can be utilized in a better
manner.
Then the interviewer will ask another qtn. ie., Did they not
utilized your skills?
then u need to answer like this In my previous company, my
skills were utilized in a good manner/way.
But looking for an opportunity where my skills are utilized
in a better.
Previous company is a good company.
This company is a better company.

prevoius company ...offcouse dont bad mouth abt ur previous
company ...do ur homework b4 facing interview for new
co.......simply say dat i always wanted to work with my
prev.co as long as i could bt now im looking for better
prospect and new challenges which can enhance my skills
