First there should be interest in doing any specialization
and interest will lead to success..and comparing to other
specializations HR is more secure..but u have to have vast
knowledge and to inculcate and join citehr.com....

hi jitendar why have you selected hr as ur mba specialization the answer would be hr is my area of interest and we have different verticals of hr like recruitment training and development payroll. as it deals with managing people decreasing the conflicts and as i m good at managing people i have chosen hr.
