Personnel management is old fashioned approach which does
not fulfill all the criterias i.e. it believes in rules and
regulatios, narrow approach etc.or does not stand all the
time to solve problems in an organization.
While HR management have broadened approach towards
employees as well as company.

upword straight but not downword vice versa hr is mordern

I've done my b.com n llb.after 3yrs gap am in trials for a job, iwas asked "why should a company pay u Rs.8000/- pm, how would u justify 8000/-? i was answerless, plz anybody can help me out.
