for a delta connected motor megger between all the phases
and see that it is showing zero resistance that means
winding is healthy.For star connected motor check phases to
phse between r-y and r-b and it should show shorting

What happen if in three phase 440 v , when you check voltage by testor it glows except one phase and in the same time when you check by multimeter it shows 440 v in any two phase.what will be the reason...
