I think question is What is the difference between KVA &
KVAR
Ans: KVA is Apparant power-ie. the usefull power while
electrical energy converting in to other energy.
KVAR is the reactive power-ie. electrical power using to
develop the media (flux) for energy conversion.measuring
KVAR is VxIxsinQ
Eg. Induction motor is working principle.
When 3 phase voltage is applied across the stator,a synch.
flux producing in the air gap and voltage inducing in the
rotor, as per Lenz low motor rotates in the same direction
of field.here the flux is the media and the power using for
devoloping the flux is KVAR

THE DIFF. EXIST IN THE VECTORIAL RELATION.
KVA IS THE ACTUAL POWER SUPPLIED AND THE MULTIPLICATION OF
NO. OF PHASE ,PHASE VOLTAGE AND PHASE CURRENT.
WHEREAS THE KVAR IS THE REACTIVE POWER i.e. the
MULTIPLICATION OF ACTUAL POWER TO THE SIN OF ANGLE BETWEEN
VOLTAGE AND CURRENT.
KVA = 3*V*I
KVAR = 3*V*I*sin@

I think you mean kVAr.h. If so, this is an energy measure.
kVA is a power measure.
