Tell me how MOSFET works.
Answer / Kumar Pal Singh
MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) is a type of transistor that uses an electric field to control the conductivity of a channel. It consists of three terminals: source, gate, and drain. The gate voltage controls the width of the channel between the source and drain, which affects the current flow through the device.
