it may dangerous at full load condition because excessive
high voltage is build up in secondary so we have take
shutdown then only we have use tester or screw driver

if u like to change ammeter so u have to provide short link
on panel terminal....every panel having this
facility...suppose u like to use screwdriver or tester u can
use bcos there is a no voltage.....just u have to keep in yr
mind that if panel in running condition so carefully
....this type of condition occurred when u like to change
ammeter ......hope u understand

it is danger to short the CT with screw driver or tester, it
is better to take the shutdown and than short the CT with
the tester or screw driver.

before opening the ct or if ct get short circuit
we can short the ct terminals by using tester or can short
the terminals
causes no danger or else ct will blast
