what should we do when the CT secodary gets open? how do we
short circuit it? using tester or screw driver? not
dangerous?

if u like to change ammeter so u have to provide short link
on panel terminal....every panel having this
facility...suppose u like to use screwdriver or tester u can
use bcos there is a no voltage.....just u have to keep in yr
mind that if panel in running condition so carefully
....this type of condition occurred when u like to change
ammeter ......hope u understand
