Contact resistence of breaker is depending upon how many contacts are comes between the contact resistence meter leads. Count the contacts and calculate the value accordingly 6 to 10 micro ohm for one contact.

at the time of contact resistance B/W fixed and moving
contact it is accept up to 100micro ohm for new breaker for
fairly old one is 200 microohm
