In between UPS out going changer over switch and ups
raising main input, both side cable gland producing heat
but the cable doesn't get heat,Why?

The heat produced by the cable glands may be dissipating into the surrounding area rather than being conducted to the cable. Alternatively, the insulation on the cable might be preventing heat transfer.
